Aispyre Terms of Service

1. Services

Aispyre provides:

• Custom website design & development
• AI chatbot integration
• Domain registration (if requested)
• Ongoing hosting/maintenance (while subscribed)

2. Ownership

• Aispyre retains full ownership of all:
  • Website designs, themes, templates, and source code
  • AI chatbot configurations and training data
• Client receives a non-exclusive, revocable license during active subscription.

3. Domain Names

• New Clients: If no domain is specified, Aispyre will register a similar available domain (e.g., BusinessNameTX.com).
• Cancellations: Aispyre transfers domain ownership to client for free.

4. Payments

• Non-refundable setup fee required before work begins.
• Monthly subscription billed in advance (first payment due with setup fee).
• No refunds for partial months if canceled.

5. Cancellation

• Client may cancel anytime via email to Help@Aispyre.com.
• Website taken offline 48 hours after cancellation.
• No refunds for current billing cycle.

6. Launch Requirements

Website goes live only after:
✓ Setup fee paid
✓ First month’s subscription paid

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information/content within 5 business days when requested.
• Obtain licenses for third-party assets (fonts, images).
• Notify Aispyre of desired domain name before project start.

8. Liability Limitations

• Not liable for:
  • Indirect damages (lost profits, data breaches, hacking)
  • Third-party service outages (hosting, payment processors)
• Maximum liability = last monthly payment made.

9. Showcase Rights

Aispyre may display all work in:
✓ Portfolio
✓ Marketing materials
✓ Case studies

10. Governing Law

Disputes resolved in Bastrop County, TX courts.
